Based in Cardiff, Harlequin Agency was established by Doreen O'Neill. Now Wales’ foremost classical music agency, Harlequin celebrated its 25th anniversary with a major investment from its highest profile artist, Bryn Terfel, and Boomerang Plus plc. Boomerang’s existing agency, Boom Talent, is now part of Harlequin as a result of the initiative, widening the scope of the new venture to include actors and presenters alongside classical singers, accompanists, conductors and West-End stars
